We collect your email address, display name, and bracket predictions. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email from Google. We store your bracket picks, scores, and pool membership.

How we use it

Your data is used solely to run the bracket game — computing scores, displaying leaderboards, and sending transactional emails (join confirmations and lock reminders). We do not sell your data or share it with third parties.

Emails

We send transactional emails (join confirmation, lock reminders) and optional recap emails after the tournament. You can unsubscribe from non-transactional emails at any time via the link in any email.

Data retention

Your data is retained for the duration of the tournament. You can request deletion by contacting us.

Cookies

We use session cookies for authentication only. No tracking or advertising cookies.
